He currently serves as Head of Human Resources at Uberenes Nigeria Limited, a key company within the Givanas Group. His expertise includes workplace standards, employee development, communication, and professional conduct.
Osewundo Toluwalase, MCIPM
Group Head, Human Resources | Corporate Services Executive
Osewundo Toluwalase is a seasoned Human Resources and Corporate Services executive with over two decades of leadership experience across manufacturing, telecommunications, logistics, energy, mining, and multinational organizations in Nigeria. He currently serves as Group Head, Human Resources at First Aluminium Nigeria Plc, where he oversees HR, Administration, IT, and Corporate Services, driving organizational transformation and strategic people management.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), he holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from Ambrose Alli University. His expertise includes HR strategy, performance management systems, organizational development, change management, employee relations, labour law, leadership development, and corporate administration.
